The Intercultural Food and Talent Extravaganza celebrates its 81st year with an exciting evolution. Originally hosted exclusively by the Colorado International Students Association (CISA), this year's event welcomes collaboration with multiple student organizations: AAPI, Ballet Folklórico, Black Student Union, and the Indigenous Students Association. This partnership has inspired the name change from "International" to "Intercultural" Extravaganza, reflecting the diverse campus community coming together.

Event Overview

This popular campus tradition offers students and community members an opportunity to experience cultures through food, performances, and interactive activities. Attendees can sample cuisines from around the world while enjoying talent showcases from each participating organization.
