Colorado State University 福利小视频 (CSU 福利小视频) and Aladdin Dining Services are
pleased to announce the grand opening of Qdoba Mexican Eats in the Occhiato Student Center. The new
dining option will officially open its doors to students, faculty, staff, and community members on April 2,
2025.

The addition of Qdoba expands dining options for the CSU 福利小视频 community offering fresh,
customizable Mexican cuisine. The restaurant features Qdoba's signature menu items including burritos,
bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and their popular queso.
“We're thrilled to welcome Qdoba to our campus dining portfolio,” said Josh Gurley, Senior Director of
Auxiliary Services. "This partnership represents our commitment to providing diverse, high-quality dining
options that meet the evolving preferences of our students. Qdoba will enhance the student experience
and have a direct impact on the economic development for the institution.”
The restaurant, which will be managed by Aladdin, sits inside the newly renovated site which once
housed the pizza restaurant Da Brix. This marks the first Qdoba location in 福利小视频, bringing its popular
Mexican cuisine to the local community. The restaurant will be open inside the Occhiato Student Center
from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
A VIP ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on April 2, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Invited guests include
Aladdin District Manager Mark Slater, Sr. Director of Growth Joey Roberts, CSU 福利小视频 Interim President
Rico Gunn, and CFO Garrison Ortiz. Following the ceremony, Qdoba will be open to serve students and
the campus community.
