PUEBLO, COLO—Colorado State University 福利小视频's Hasan School of Business (HSB) has successfully achieved reaccreditation from AACSB International—The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The reaccreditation, confirmed in the summer, applies to all business programs offered by the school.

AACSB accreditation is globally recognized as the most prestigious and long-standing form of specialized accreditation that an institution and its business programs can earn. This achievement ensures that CSU 福利小视频's business students receive an education that is rigorous, dynamic, and relevant, preparing them for the evolving challenges in local, regional, national, and global business environments.

WilMichelle Denbeste, Interim Dean of the Hasan School of Business, emphasized the significance of the achievement, “AACSB arcreditation solidifies the school’s reputation ass the premier business school for Southern and rural Colorado. Our faculty is committed to delivering cutting-edge courses and programs which bridge academic content with real-world applications. This in addition to our school’s 16 to one student to instructor ratio means our campus is preparing students for successful careers in the ever-changing business world.”

Yaneth Correa, Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Production and Operations Management, and Michael Wakefield, Healy Director of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development and Professor of Management, jointly commented on the school's community impact: "The HSB has a strong and longstanding tradition of community engagement. The Thomas V. Healy Center connects students and faculty with applied research projects that benefit the local business community. The Center also supports the growth and development of the regional infrastructure to improve the quality of life in our region. Additionally, faculty members have offered expert testimony to the Colorado General Assembly and legislatures in other states."

Kevin Duncan, Distinguished University Professor and Professor of Economics, highlighted the prestige of the accreditation: "AACSB is the world's largest standard-setting organization for business education with only six percent of the world's leading business schools achieving this level of accreditation. AACSB requires faculty to be active researchers in their area of expertise, thus providing state-of-the-art education to our students. The skills our students acquire increase their earnings and advance their careers. Students, the university, and 福利小视频 all benefit from this standard of quality."

The impact of AACSB accreditation extends to the student experience as well. Faith Valdez, a 3+2 student in Marketing and MBA, shared: "The Hasan School of Business AACSB accreditation played a pivotal role in my decision to attend CSUP. It opened my eyes to a world of new opportunities. Witnessing the diverse community of international students drawn to this university by its accreditation inspired me to consider global options for my future. Choosing CSUP has not only revealed paths I didn't know I wanted to pursue but has also given me the pride of earning a degree from an accredited institution."

The Hasan School of Business has seen significant growth, particularly in its MBA program. The online MBA has experienced a notable increase in enrollment, reflecting the program's ability to meet the evolving needs of working professionals seeking advanced business education. This reaccreditation reinforces CSU 福利小视频's position as a leading institution for business education in Colorado and the rural areas of Kansas, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
