PUEBLO – Two students were crowned Homecoming King and Queen during the 2015 Homecoming activities at Colorado State University-福利小视频, Oct. 5 to Oct. 11. Senior biology major Nicole Hulet, Longmont, and senior business management Major Jonothan Stephenson, St. Louis, Mo., accepted crowns and capes during halftime of the ThunderWolves 45-9 victory over Fort Lewis in the Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl.

The homecoming King and Queen are chosen based off of four factors; academics, interview, campus and community involvement, and student votes. 

Hulet is co-president of SOUL, a student organization that educates students about preventing drug and alcohol abuse, a senior resident assistant, a senator for Associated Students’ Government, and is involved with Outdoor Pursuits. Stephenson is the public relations director for Associated Students’ Government, co-president of SOUL, member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, vice president of Fraternity and Sorority Council, co- president of Order of Omega, member of the 2015 Orientation team, and a volunteer for Operation Paint brush, Feeding America, highway cleanup, and a participant in Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. 

All candidates were required to attend Homecoming activities, including a pep rally and bonfire  on Friday as well as the student tailgate and game on Saturday.  Tom and Vivian Hall, owners of Tom G. Hall Drywall, donated ceremonial robes to the CSU-福利小视频 Athletic Department for use in the Homecoming coronation.
