Approximate Cost – $16,179,000 (funded by the State of Colorado, Capital Development Committee)
Description - The 40,000-square-foot building will provide larger and more effective instructional space that will have the technology and flexibility to serve today’s growing curriculum and student needs. The building will be designed and constructed to a minimum of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Standard and will include:

Description - The 40,000-square-foot building will provide larger and more effective instructional space that will have the technology and flexibility to serve today’s growing curriculum and student needs. - Two, large tiered lecture auditoriums, each seating 135 students
- Six new classrooms, each seating 50 or 75 students
- Three new computer labs employing state-of-the-art, small-group/large group instructional media technology
- A new, two-story glass lobby/atrium containing an open-use instructional technology lab, coffee shop, and lounge areas
Schedule – The project will begin in late Spring 2014 with completion set for Fall 2015.
