2025 Spring Research Symposium
Celebrating 20 Years of HSI

The 2025 Spring Research Symposium: Celebrating 20 Years of HSI invites undergraduate and graduate students from Colorado State University 福利小视频 to present their original research, scholarly and creative products to the university and public. The Spring Research Symposium will take place Friday, April 4, 2025 in the LARC, with the mission of being a forum for dissemination and discussion of scholarly ideas and to foster interaction among students, faculty and the local community.

Symposium Schedule
8:00 am - 12:00 pm: College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences; Hasan School of Business
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: College of Health and Education, and School of Nursing

Participant Information
Presentation Schedule
- Students will present their research during their college's scheduled time (see Symposium Schedule)
- Students who are collaborating on group projects will be scheduled to accommodate the group
- Students will be scheduled to present after signing up using the Microsoft Form above
Oral Presentation Guide
- Recommended to utilize Microsoft PowerPoint
- Laptops with audio will already be set up on presentation stage - plan to utilize
- Bring your presentation on a thumb drive, and email it to yourself as a backup
- Presentations should be about 15 minutes, with 5 minutes reserved for Q&A
Poster Preparation
- Posters must not exceed 50 inches in width (length) and 40 inches in height (tall)
- Students must utilize WHITE backgrounds ONLY on posters. Please use colors as accents or for images, and not for solid backgrounds!
- STRONGLY recommend building your poster using Microsoft PowerPoint (be sure to set the correct dimensions).
It's a great idea to start planning your printing arrangements ahead of time! Don't wait until the last minute—take a moment now to work out your plan. This will help ensure everything goes smoothly when you're ready to print!
Poster Printing
- Collaborate with Faculty to Prepare Poster
- Posters must be reviewed and approved by the faculty mentor before printing
- Faculty mentors should collaborate with departments to support printing needs.

Library and Academic Resource Center (LARC)
When you arrive to campus please use the LARC entrance that faces the fountain. The entrance is pictured above.

Parking
W-3 is the recommended parking lot for the symposium. W-2 is the next best location. Please park in a white-striped parking space.
