Faculty and staff use CourseLeaf to propose new programs and courses and make changes to existing programs and courses. Proposals go through an approval process that include department chairs, committees, and other governing bodies as necessary.

What is considered a program change?
Changing any of the following criteria consititutes a Program Change (as opposed to a New Program Proposal):- College
- Department
- Curriculum
- Admission Requirements
- Student Learning Outcome/Outcome Assessment Activities

What if I want to change a program name?
Changing a program name requires a New Program Proposal. Name changes must be updated with higher governing bodies such as HLC and CDHE. These changes are treated as wholly "new" programs and the ending of the "old" program when the change occurs.

What if I want to change a course Prefix?
Prefix changes are treated as wholly "new" course. Changing a prefix requires a New Course Proposal. -
How do I Hiatus a course?
To hiatus a course, locate the course in select the course, and select Hiatus/Discontinue.
