Named for Vivian Silver, a lifelong advocate for peace, justice, and compassion, this fund extends her spirit of care and resilience to our students.

How Students Apply

Students apply for emergency assistance through the Basic Needs Fund process, administered by CSU 福利小视频 Student Affairs. A case manager works with each student to connect them with resources and support.
