Part 1 - University Application
All students interested in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program must apply to CSU 福利小视频 in addition to the School of Nursing.

Important: Applicants must submit a $25 payment for their application.
Part 2 - Basic Admissions Pathway Application
Applications into the School of Nursing are due by May 25th. The Basic Nursing Program starts in the spring semester. Applicants must complete fifty percent of the prerequisite coursework with a grade of C or above. The prerequisite coursework can be found here prerequisite coursework.
Important: Acceptance into the University does not guarantee acceptance into the School, nor does acceptance into the School guarantee acceptance into the University.
