- Convert military training and experience to college credits:

Step 4: Residency Status
- All veterans and anyone using VA education benefits are eligible for in-state tuition
- To request in-state tuition, please complete the Isakson and Roe Section 1005 Residency Form and return it to the MVSC

Step 5: Request Certification
- To be certified with the VA, students must submit a request for certification through the MVSC
- This request must be submitted each semester you wish to utilize your VA education benefits
