I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working alongside people as they access resilience and healing. I use a blend of therapeutic solution-focused strategies, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems, as well as yoga-based and AcuWellness interventions.
In addition to educational presentations and adjunct teaching, I also enjoy facilitating Master's level internships and providing required supervision to those seeking terminal licensure in the field.
