About RISE
Colorado State University 福利小视频 (CSU 福利小视频) has long been committed to making higher education accessible and affordable for students. This program is part of the university’s effort to grow and strengthen connections with communities nearby and around the world. Eligible students from Arizona, California, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming will pay approximately $410.85 per credit hour – the same rate as Colorado residents. The university is extending this tuition benefit to students from China, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, and South Korea, thanks to sister-city partnerships. These relationships have been built over many years to bring diverse perspectives to campus and grow international enrollment.
