Admitted students, once accepted, you must visit the Student Application Portal to confirm your enrollment and complete the admission process here. -
Activate your NetID
Your NetID is your CSU 福利小视频 network identity – it is the combination of your username and password to log in to all CSU systems. The NetID uses your CSU ID, which is a unique 9-digit number starting with “C——–.”Within two days of submitting your CSU 福利小视频 admission application, you will receive an email on how to activate your NetID. Your NetID is a network system ID that you will use to log into all CSU systems and to create your university email address.

Enroll in Duo
Duo is a tool that provides two-factor authentication to better protect your account by requiring an additional piece of information beyond your username and password. When you access certain CSU 福利小视频 online services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, email, , etc.), you will be required to use a device that you have to provide an additional layer of security to your account.

Activate your CSU 福利小视频 email
After you activate your NetID, you should also establish your university email account (using Microsoft 365). Your email address is formatted with your first name and last name, followed by @csupueblo.edu. For example: Firstname.Lastname@csupueblo.edu. This is referred to as your “alias” and is the public address you supply when someone wants to email you. Your CSU email account stays with you throughout your CSU 福利小视频 experience.
Once you have been admitted, CSU 福利小视频 staff and faculty will use your CSU 福利小视频 email account for information including financial aid, housing, orientation, academic courses, transfer evaluations and more. Check your CSU 福利小视频 email regularly once you have been admitted. You are responsible for the information sent to your CSU 福利小视频 email account.
To log in to your CSU email account:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 (M365) login page:
- Note: Logging in to M365 resources requires a different log in format than other CSU systems.
- In the sign-in box, enter your NetID as the username in the format NetID@colostate.edu. For example, if your NetID is C812345678, your login for M365 is C812345678@colostate.edu. This is a special handle only needed for logging in to M365 resources (Outlook/Email, Teams, etc.)
- Enter your NetID password.
- Click Sign-In.

Submit immunization records to Student Health Services.

Submit your final transcripts, AP, IB, and/or transfer credits
Make your admittance official with official transcripts
- Transcripts should be submitted upon high school graduation or completion of your last semester at another college.
- Be sure to also submit any official AP/IB scores and transcripts for any concurrent classwork you completed while in high school.

Meet your Academic Advisor
After being accepted to CSU 福利小视频 and completing the required checklist items, please schedule an appointment with your academic advisor for an onboarding meeting. Your advisor will assist you with the course registration process.

Review the Student Conduct Code

Obtain your CSU 福利小视频 Student ID Card
All students are required to have a CSU 福利小视频 ID card. You can obtain an ID at the Auxiliary Services Office located inside the Occhiato Student Center on the second floor (Room 212) during regular working hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must have a valid state-issued photo ID, Military ID or passport to obtain a University ID.
IDs can be charged to your financial aid account during designated semester time frames. Check with Student Financial Services for exact dates.
Your CSU 福利小视频 ID acts as a debit card for ThunderBucks. When making your purchases, present your card to the cashier: when it is swiped the amount of your purchase is deducted from your ThunderBucks balance.
Student IDs are used for Housing meal plans, athletic faculty use, recreation center admission, library use, ThunderBucks purchases in the food venues and bookstore, laundry services in the Residence Halls, and identification for CSU 福利小视频 security personnel.

Keep your student profile up to date! Ensure your emergency contact information and any important healthcare details are recorded so the university can assist you if needed. Update your profile today for added peace of mind.
To update your student record
- Sign in to with your NetID username and password
- Select the Menu on the top right corner
- Select “Records” on the right side, near the bottom
- Choose “Manage Student Record”
Address and Phone
It is very important that your address and phone number are kept current with the university. All university mail and check refunds, as applicable, will be sent to your mailing address. -
Establish disability accommodation support if needed
The Disability Resources and Support Center at CSU 福利小视频 helps students with disabilities arrange accommodations for academics, housing, and campus activities. Students work directly with the office to manage their needs, with all information kept private.

Contact the PLA office to see if you can earn credit for your experience
The Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program at CSU 福利小视频 helps students earn credit for their past knowledge, skills, and experience. It mainly benefits adult learners and high-achieving students through Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) Portfolios or Credit by Exam (CE). To improve advising, intake surveys help identify eligible students early and guide them on their degree paths.
Students can explore their PLA options by scheduling an appointment or completing an intake form.

Complete the University Housing application
You can complete your housing contract and submit the $150 non-refundable application fee in .
Students are required to live on-campus during their first two years after high school graduation, unless they are living with a parent or guardian 50 miles or closer to campus, or meet certain requirements. You can learn more about our housing requirements on Residence Life and Housing's website.

Purchase course materials
Once you have registered for your classes, place your order for . One option is to pre-order textbooks through the CSU 福利小视频 Bookstore and pick up your course materials when you arrive on campus.The bookstore is located on the first floor of the Occhiato Student Center (OSC) -
Submit Optional Forms
CSU 福利小视频 requires students to submit forms to various offices before enrolling. Return the completed Verification of Information Form you received as part of your acceptance packet. Be sure to double-check all information, including your major and residency information.
