Student Engagement and Leadership is committed to providing students with co-curricular learning and leadership development opportunities.
One of the ways we achieve this is through leadership programs. Leadership Programs; provide a wide array of opportunities for students to gain and grow their leadership skills.
Student Engagement and Leadership currently offers the following leadership opportunities: membership into Sigma Alpha Pi, the nation's largest leadership honor society, New Student Orientation Team, Leadership Workshops, and Student Organization Trainings and Networking mixers for members of student organizations.
Whether you've had leadership experiences in the past or are just getting started, we have programs to fit the needs of all.
PACK LEADership Series Program: Leading the Pack!
Program Overview: The PACK LEADership Series (PACK LEAD) is a three tier co-curriculum-based program that focuses on developing leaders at CSU 福利小视频.
LEARN-Tier 1 (Year 1): Students will attend leadership based transdisciplinary workshops, lecture, GRIT sessions, or events sponsored by Pack LEAD.
LEARN BY DOING-Tier 2 (Year 2): Students who wish to go deeper than the foundational basis of PACK LEAD Tier 1. Students will further their own development by cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves through engagement in a wide variety of campus experiences. They will be able to articulate what leadership means to them and gain awareness of the skills they need to further develop your leadership abilities.
LEAD BY DOING-Tier 3 (Year 3): Students will apply the knowledge and skills that they acquired in the first two levels of the program. Instead of "LEARN by Doing," students will "LEAD by Doing" through service opportunities on and off campus.
Admission requirements: GPA 2.6+, Active status, Good standing with the university, Willingness to learn.
